How do I download my images?
Inside your gallery, click the download icon. You may be prompted to enter your PIN again. All downloads are high resolution and watermark-free. If you need help, Gallery Assist can guide you.
How long will my gallery be available?
Galleries remain live for 30 days. Be sure to download your images during this window. Need more time? Reach out — extensions are available for a small fee.
Can I order prints or photo products?
Absolutely. Your gallery includes access to a professional print shop. Select your favorite images, choose your products, and order with ease. Gallery Assist can help if you’re unsure how to begin.
